7. How do I setup my audio so that I only hear myself and not disturb others?

If your musical instrument has audio inputs then you will be able to direct the audio from the sound card through your instrument. With headphones plugged into your instrument, you will hear the audio from the course plus your instrument. One end of the audio cable will have to plug into the OUTPUT jack of your sound card and the other end of the cable will have to plug into the INPUT jack(s) of your musical instrument. You should be able to get an audio cable at your local Audio Store. For more information please refer to page 12 in the Setup and Installation Guide.
