Beginner Music 1
This course teaches the basic fundamentals
of music and keyboard performance. Little or no previous musical
training is required. Students learn theory, song performance,
history, ear training, sight-reading, improvisation, arranging
and music appreciation. During course completion, each student
creates their own Virtual CD of song arrangements that can
be played online through My CD Player.
Beginner Music 2
(Soon to be released)
This course builds on the fundamentals of
music and keyboard performance that are taught in Beginner
Music 1. Students learn 8 new songs that introduce new concepts
in theory, technique, history and arranging. They continue
to learn more about improvising and music appreciation while
their skills in ear training and sight-reading are taken to
a higher level. Upon course completion, each student creates
their own Virtual CD of song arrangements that can be played
online through My CD Player.
